Kripa filed complaint against Airtel on Aug 26, 2019
My existing prepaid sim card was to changed to Microsim prepaid.The Airtel representative at Banaswadi Bangalore branch mislead my son who is a student and converted the same into postpaid mentioning that the card will work only if it is postpaid account. I , his mother, requested them to switch it back to prepaid as we can't afford *** rs postpaid charge.
They said they cannot and that we need to pay up the amount next month and then change the plan. They had also taken *** RS to swap the sim.
The representative has given false information,not explained the plan,and made them swap the account . The representative should be fired for doing such a bad job. Please convert my account back to prepaid
