Siddhant Gupta filed complaint against PayTM on May 25, 2021
I have booked a round trip international air ticket from Paytm in Feb **** having flying date in May- June which got cancelled because of covid. After numerous follow ups, I got refund of one way today(after more than a year) that too they deducted convenience fee of **** and cashback of ****.
The sole purpose of booking tickets from Paytm was cashback compensating for convenience fee. If a consumer you will see one will book from Paytm seeing a net profit of *** rs(****-****=***) and while refunding the ticket they are deducting both and that too after a year.
Ideally I should be getting a compensation for waiting one year(i.e. interest accumulated on money) and taking the pain of following up numerously.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
