Make my trip - Convenience fee not refunded

This is in reference to my MMT flight booking from New Delhi to Amsterdam on the **th of July operated through Emirates.

My flight was cancelled on the **th of July. I paid a total amount of *****/-. On claiming a refund, I was refunded only *****/- and not being provided with a waiver of convenience fee of ****/- especially when the flight got canceled at such a short notice.

The flight was ultimately cancelled by the airline without any fault on the customer's end, thereby causing a huge inconvenience for me to book the next available flight which was almost double the price.

Therefore, I request you to kindly refund the convenience fee as soon as possible. Please find the attached copy of the flight details for your reference.
