I had ordered for a teak wood rocking chair on the *nd August from Amazon sold by shakti traders. This was through expedited delivery paying an additional Rs. ** as delivery charges. Delivery date between *th and *th August. However, it has not been delivered so far. In the amazon website, it is updated as delivered on *th. Consignment ID. d********. DTDC courier. However, on contacting the courier service I informed that this consignment pertains to someone in Bangalore and it is delivered to the consignee. I am based out of Mysore.
On contacting Amazon customer care I am getting indifferent answers. They are telling me that they are not responsible for the acts of the sellers.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
