On ** Jun I have raised a complaint regarding shifting of my connection to nearest place ..The technical person came after couple of days and confirmed that the connection will not be shifted as they don't have setup ..i have asked for refund of the month which i have prepaid ..They replayed me that they dont have any rules to refund ..i requested them either shift the connection or refund ..they haven't not helped me on any this ..After that i have called them many times they don't even respond ..please help me on this issue..i need refund
