In past I have booked two tickets from the confirmtkt platform and my date of the journey was **th of April **** but as the journey date was held in the lockdown period so the ticket was automatically got canceled but still I didn't get any refund money. I tried to call their customer care support but no one is picking the phone calls. I have also raised the same concern over the email but there is also no positive feedback.
Kindy look at this concern and help me out.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
