Booked bus ticket from paytm for my trip to dharamshala made the payment and recieved confirmation.On the day of departure got a message *-*hrs before from the bus operator that the bus has been cancelled didn't complained that time because thought that there can also be a genuine reason too but i got really disapointed from the service when the same thing happened again while returning back today i got the same text that the bus has been cancelled and after enquiring at the bus stand here i came to know that the bus is operating as per schedule
The most dissapointing thing is there is no guilty message or anything about refund from paytm as if they are not concerned at all.
Through your portal i hope the message reaches to top authorities and action be taken soon.
