Agoda - Confirmed booking refused by the Agoda client partner Hotel Simvo at Pelling Sikkim India

I booked hotel Simvo at Pelling, Sikkim, India on **.**.**** for a stay of * days from **-** Oct **** but when we reached to Hotel Simvo they refused to provide us two rooms even after the confirmed booking id. ********* on Agoda.com because of which we need to search for rooms into another hotel with so many difficulties and to end up with paying $*** extra amount and when I am asking Agoda to compensate the same they are doing just like bribing me as in a first they offered me max **% something like $** and then they are offering me $** and want me to bear rest of the money which is $** whereas it was happened because of their mistake. Even they are not compensating half of the excess amount paid by me. Please help me to get the compensation as soon as possible as somehow they are unable to deal with the issue properly.
