I have done few booking on Airport hotel waves through make my trip. At that time the price of the hotel was very low (According to MMT it was due to some technical issue) All the booking were confirmed and I got all the vouchers in my mail. Now after booking the hotel I also called the mmt customer care and speaks with Nidi (from mmt support) who confirm my booking. Now after booking my hotel i also book two flight tickets for my friends who will be staying with me in the same hotel.
Now after some time I got call from hotel staff where i booked my hotel (+************) he told me he have not got any confirmation of my booking and he told me that he will not allow me to check-in the hotel. He was also very rude to me.
After this i contacted make my trip to confirm my booking from the hotel and if the hotel deny the booking i request them to change my hotel. I do not need refund as at that time the hotel price was very low and i will not get the same price now. From my side my booking is confirmed i have all the vouchers. All the bookings were confirmed by MMT.
Now today MMT customer care called and told me they there was technical issue at their end and they cannot give me the bookings that i have made. If there was technical issue that is there problem not mine i have done everything correct. Moreover there is no TOS of make my trip which state that in case of technical issue all the bboking will be void.
Now i have also booked flight tickets for my friend so all my future plans are dependent on these hotel booking.
My check-in is on *th July **** can you please help me to confirm my booking asap. If you need an other information let me know.
