Dear Zomato Team,
I am extremely disappointed with my recent order. There was a bug/ insect in my jelebis, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious food safety concerns. Additionally, the samosa I paid for was missing from the delivery. How can they forget the samosa.
This is a breach of basic hygiene standards and service commitment. I expect an immediate refund for the affected items and strict action against the restaurant to ensure such negligence does not occur again.
Kindly resolve this matter at the earliest.
