Dear Sir/Madam,
Through this email, I would like to lodge a complaint regarding Swiggy's failure to deliver my order and falsely marking it as delivered, while also refusing to refund my money.
On **-**-****, I placed an order with Swiggy, bearing the order ID ***************. However, to my dismay, despite waiting for the stipulated delivery time, the order was marked as delivered when, in reality, it was not.
I promptly verified the delivery address and contact details provided, ensuring their accuracy. I even checked with my neighbors to rule out any misdelivery. Unfortunately, there was no trace of my order.
Subsequently, I contacted Swiggy's customer support team for assistance. Regrettably, no satisfactory resolution has been provided to date, and my refund request remains unaddressed.
I kindly request your intervention to investigate this matter and facilitate a prompt resolution. I trust that you will take appropriate action to ensure my refund is processed without further delay.
