Flipkart - Complaint Regarding Unauthorized Cancellation of Flipkart Order and Loss of Offer Price

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Flipkart regarding the unauthorized cancellation of my order, which was placed at a promotional offer price.

I had purchased the product during a valid Flipkart offer. However, the order was canceled without prior notice or consent. This has resulted in financial loss and inconvenience, as I am now unable to purchase the item at the original offer price. The cancellation appears to be arbitrary and without just cause, violating principles of fair business practices.

I kindly request the National Consumer Helpline to intervene and help ensure:
- Either reinstatement of the order at the original offer price
- Or compensation in the form of a discount coupon or equivalent refund
