I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the recent incident involving my VU **" *K TV, which I purchased from Flipkart along with the Jeeves Complete TV Protection plan for three years.
On ** March ****, while moving an almira from one room to another, my TV suffered damage when it was hit by the almira. As per the terms of the protection plan I purchased, I contacted Jeeves customer care to request assistance with the repair. However, I was informed that the damage is not covered under the warranty.
This response is confusing and concerning to me, as I specifically purchased the complete protection plan to safeguard against such unforeseen events. I fail to understand why the damage incurred during a routine movement of furniture is not eligible for coverage under the protection plan.
I urge you to review my case thoroughly and reconsider your decision. I request prompt assistance in resolving this matter and arranging for the necessary repairs or replacement of my TV as per the terms of the protection plan I purchased.
