Eureka Forbes Aquaguard - Complaint of irresoponsiblity

I did a complaint regarding service of the aqua-guard on *th July **** from my register no. ********** on their app. Till now the date is **th July ****, still no action has been taken in favour of the complaint. They have done AMC also of around ****/-. when i made a call to the supervisor of service team in north delhi. He not only mis behaved but ignoring my request also.
