Airtel - complaint against the services airtel provides

i did port from vodafone to airtel on **th may **** and as said to me by the airtel girl i deposited *** cash as security deposit to the person who came for my id verification.As said to me by him the card would get activated by *rd june ****. as said it got activated the same day but my internet services stopped since *th june ****.I registered a complaint to the customer care and things still did not work out till **th june **** so i decided to go a a gallery near by and sort things out. he told me to wait till **th june ****. And when i still couldn't use the internet i called up the customer care and they told me I have used the all given data. Earlier according to them there was some quota or data mismatch and the data wasn't given on my network and suddenly these people turned and lied on my face.When I went back to the airtel gallery on **th june **** the guy said changing from postpaid to prepaid would work so i asked him about the security deposit and he said the guy who came cheated me as its free of cost and now i have to file a written complaint for this.
I did every possible thing and got a single call from their side regarding this and still my postpaid to prepaid isn't done which according to them happens after * days and its more than that now. since * days i am receiving a message that it will happen
I am highly disappointed by the type of service these people provide.All are frauds and cheaters.they just apologize when the customer calls but can't start or provide a better service.

kindly tell me on my face that things are gonna get resolved or should i be changing my network as well as my number.
