I have ordered food via swiggy from a restaurant called A*B, I ordered a whole thali. Instead of that they got me a dhosa. While I rejected the order to receive, they marked it as delivered. And now they are telling they can't refund me the whole amount because they will not refund the delivery charges or something. While I am the one who didn't receive the order and got cheated on. So why can't I get whole refund? This is not really what should happen and they cheat the customer like this?
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
