I bought new Bajaj Pulsar ***NS ABS colour- Yellow & Grey on August *th ****. Mentioned below the details of issues faced after taking the new motorcycle.
From dated *th August **** onwards problem start coming in the bike as a missing problem or you can say that " jerking issue" ( after accelerator feels like the bike is missing when I accelerate to a constant speed). Rear brakes sound like screeching or whining sort of noise and gears are also jerking after riding the bike for some kilometres. Immediately called to Showroom where I have purchased the said Motorcycle. They told to come to our showroom our local person will check. I have been there and he has checked as per his knowledge and told that there is not a single issue. You can take a vehicle.
Again the same problem next morning. Again I called to Showroom. They told that go to our service centre and we will check and resolve the issue if any. I have been there also. They have done some here and there and given the bike back and told that now problem resolved please go ahead.
Showroom & Service Center Address- **/*/*, site-IV, Industrial Area, near General Motors, Sahibabad, Uttar Pradesh. Same day no issue. But after that same issue again on next morning, bike missing when I accelerate, called again. Visited Service Center again here and there. Same day no issue after that same issue again on next morning. Called again and visited the service centre. Showroom Manager told me to go to the main agency of shiva bajaj which is in new Arya Nagar, Ghaziabad. They resolve the issue which is happened. I have been there also. They have done some here and there and given the bike back and told that now the problem has resolved please go ahead. Same day no issue but after that same issue again on next morning.
On **th August **** salesman called me from Sahibabad Showroom where I bought the said bike. They told me if your issue will not be resolved from our main agency in Ghaziabad we will solve the issue on the same day. This time they have clean the Carburetor but after so many things problem not resolved.
Again I have been there on **th of August ****, but they say there is no problem with the bike and again the same issue will happen. I will be there in a showroom for many times. I wasted a lot of time from here and there and totally frustrated. Being a new vehicle the issue started from day one which is now not acceptable to me.
I have been very upset. I want justice. Please help me. I need a new vehicle or kindly refund my full amount without any further delay (I am waiting for a long time).
Kindly consider my request and do the needful ASAP.
Continuously I am calling to Customer Care also but no proper response ( One answer only we are forwarding your concern to the respective member they will get back to you in ** hours).
