VIvek Chawla filed complaint against Jeeves Complete Mobile Protection on Aug 7, 2021
We had purchased Complete Mobile protection plan (Policy # CMFK************) through Flipkart for a new mobile phone we purchased in June '**. In a recent incident, our phone screen got damaged and I filed a claim with Jeeves for the same on Aug *rd '**. They asked me to send pictures of damage and govt id which i email on the same day. It has been * days now and no action from their side. When i call them, i get a standard answer that they're still waiting on pictures/documents from customer whereas I have emailed them the same set of pictures/documents almost ** times already. I think they're backlogged and instead of acknowledging their customer service rep gives standard response "sir, the concerned deptt has still not received documents from your end". I have told them that I had cc'd myself in those emails and i have received so Jeeves also would have received but they give a deaf ear to all my explanation. Please help to expedite the processing of my claim.
