I ordered a wardrobe from flipkart a month ago. My Order ID - OD******************
I have made the full payment but never got my order yet. They never delivered the order but they have updated in the website that its been delivered. This is cheating. And the customer care is useless. They are not even giving me any solution. They are saying they can’t give me the item or can’t refund my money. Its my hard earned money & they are just easily saying they’ll never refund or give me the item. Im feeling so helpless. Who should I complain now? I have been cheated by flipkart
