I am raising this complaint against Airtel due to repeated negligence in addressing my broadband issues. Over the past ** days, I have raised *five tickets*, but the technical team has failed to resolve the problem effectively. Despite the severity of the situation, the team supervisor did not assign proper engineers to handle the issue. This has caused significant disruptions to my daily activities, and the persistent outages remain unaddressed.
I demand immediate action to resolve this issue, hold the supervisor accountable for their negligence, and ensure that such delays do not occur in the future. Additionally, considering the inconvenience caused, I request compensation by waiving my next month's broadband bill.
Supporting documents, including copies of the raised tickets, are attached for your reference.
I hope Voxya will help me escalate this matter and ensure Airtel responds promptly and resolves the issue at the earliest.
