State Bank of India - Complain Regarding Poor Service by Home Loan Dept Of SBI Raipur Chhattisgarh

Dear Sir/Madam, Good Morning

My name is Ashish Barapatre. I have taken a home loan from you Bairan Bazar Devision Raipur Chhattisgarh..

Load was sanctioned on **th Nov'**** as per the message I received from SBI on my mobile number **********. Rs. *,**,***/- for furniture was disbursed to me on **th Dec'**** and remaining amount of the loan was disbursed to the builder

I was apprised during the loan procedure that EMI will be deducted after two months by the officer according to which EMI should have been deducted from Feb'****..

Suddenly I received a call on **th Feb from SBI Bairan Bazar loan Dept. saying that you have not paid any EMI from last three months.. This put me under a shock.. I asked them that if first EMI according to you was supposed to be paid in December **** and when it was not deducted then did you communicate to me?

Dear Sir, I have not received a single SMS, email or phone call in last three months and I was supposed to visit this month to the bank..

On **th Feb'**** I visited the bank to get answers to below queries:

*) Why no communication in any mode done to me from December ****
*) Why was no information given to me about the EMI start date and from which account the EMI will be deducted as I was under the impression that EMI will be deducted from my ICICI account as I had given cheques of my ICICI account at the time of loan procedure

I did not received any satisfactory answer by the SBI AGM and Mr. Banarji. And they humiliated and misbehaved with me..

I asked a simple question if EMI was not paid in Dec'**** then what was the communication done from you r bank..

Request you to please take a note of this. Saying that I am forced to make a payment of all three months now.. By saying that,. I assure you that before the EMI schedule I will pay all * outstanding EMIs.

I am also attaching a file downloaded from SBI websites which clearly states that the bank will send an SMS if EMI is not paid in due date which was not done in my case

I was not given any idea about the start date of the EMI by your bank.. Request you to please take this matter very seriously as I was harassed by SBI officers specially Mr. BANARJI AND THE AGM. You can understand that paying * months EMI at once is how difficult

Even after paying Rs. **,***/- on their instructions on **th Feb'****, SBI used my security cheque given and sent for withdrawal in ICICI bank. I got an SMS from my ICICI Bank on **th Feb'**** morning. Request you to please help me from this harassment by SBI
