OYO Rooms - Complain against oyo shifted my booking to another hotel without any confirmation.

I booked hotel on **th june at good price and I'm satisfied with the price. But after **days on **july I received a message by oyo "my booking is shifted to another hotel". And they give helpline no. is not working , whenever i call it shows busy only.
I know oyo shifted my booking because the price of my booking is less and now they get better price for same hotel. This is only reason oyo shifted my booking to another cheaper hotel.
Worst experience with oyo again and again. Oyo never help to customer and we always survive difficulties.
