Never had such a pathetic experience as a tourist anywhere in India. We booked hotel Larisa resort on ** October for which we paid Rs.**,***. After reaching there we are told that the hotel is fully booked and they have no partnership with easemytrip and our booking is just bogus. Below is a forwarded email from Larisa resort which confirms the same.
At ** pm at that time no hotel was available anywhere in mussoorie or dhanaulti. We had to travel a *** kms to reach rishikesh to get a room to sleep, I can provide proof for the same. We could have had a better hotel while we booked larisa resort with you. This experience was a torture.
I demand easemytrip to not only refund my money but also compensate for the torture we went through because of their fraudulent activities. Else, I will take this issue on social media, consumer court and wherever its required to make sure your website is banned for hotel bookings. No one deserves to suffer a situation like this.
