Kanak Shukrey filed complaint against Sony India PVT LTD on Oct 10, 2020
I had a XB** speaker of which the mesh was unglued and came off. I wouldn't have bothered to send the speaker for replacement if I didn't fear that the water might go inside, but since the speaker is water proof fully, this is a serious issue.
The company has denied any service. The company lied shamelessly in my previous grievances and the people handling this case are sitting peacefully while I've been tying to get in touch with all the employees.
The company has falsely and arrogantly lied about the status of the device. The company states the device was damaged by me, but that's far from true. The device is a water proof IP** rated device and the 'GLUE' came out of the socket. I even told them that I'll accet the same product if they goue the speaker but give me a written guarantee that the it'll be waterproof again.
The company denies listening any of this and just keeps alleging me stubbornly. The company also tried to offer me 'Discounts' on other products to make up for the FRAUD, and LOOT they are doing towards an esteemed customer like me. The product has been kept on hold since the last two months and the company representative reads my messages and does not reply. Whenever he picks the call up, he says he'll provide update 'tomorrow'. The company previously also provided me a very low model of headphones in replacement of my expensive earphones which were damaged from manufacturing defect and which were under warranty, and are constantly trying to play customers.
I request you to take action and please notify them to give me my money back OR provide me with an alternative.
