Sony India PVT LTD - Defective sony premium products

I purchased a premium SONY *K HDR LED TV costing around INR *.** lacs from CROMA Lower Parel Mumbai on August ****. Now barely after * years, this premium brand TV has developed display problems. I called the SONY authorised Service Centre in Santacruz, Mumbai for investigating the problem. Their service personnel visited my house and after inspecting the TV advised that it is a display panel issue and that the same will need to be replaced. Now after much follow-ups with the service centre, they have proposed that I pay **,*** INR and they will issue me a new *K TV without mentioning what is the problem.
Secondly, I had also purchased another premium SONY wireless headset costing INR **,*** again from CROMA Lower Parel, Phoenix Mall and in this case also after just * years, the headset has stopped working. I gave my headset to the SONY service centre in Santacruz and after a few days, they advised that the motherboard has to be replaced and this will cost around **,*** INR.
In both the above cases both SONY premium products have developed defects and SONY has not been able to explain why their premium products have become defective.
Instead, I am getting impractical solutions from the SONY service centre in Santacruz i.e. Aar Vee Infoservices where I am being advised to shell out almost **,*** INR for both the *K LED TV and the wireless headset. I want an explanation from SONY why a customer, after paying so much of their hard-earned money amounting to almost INR. *.* lacs for premium products should develop defects. That means SONY is manufacturing products which do not last beyond * or * years maximum and they want people either to shell out more money to either replace or repair them.
I want SONY India to either refund my hard-earned money or repair the defective products free of charge. The * CROMA invoices and the email from SONY service centre are attached as supporting evidence.
I sincerely request VOXYA to take up the matter with SONY India on my behalf.
