Hi Sony India and service team,
Ever since I have emailed , i have not got an update from you also it's been a week I don't see any progress on my tv replacement .
Looks like sony India is taking there customer/consumer for granted . Is this how your warranty works ? Make customer wait as much as possible and delay things further.
I have to call service team every day to get and update and what i hear here is the approval is still pending with sony India for replacement of TV. It was a just *-* month's before the tv is bought and it has malfunction due to manufacturing defect .
I don't understand what take to do much time for just approving a replacement ?
