Online legal India - Company didn t do its job and now not refunding my money as well

I filed a case against a health insurance company via this portal and i was promised that my case would be tajen care of properly, after the letter sent by first lawyer it was turn of filing a petition against the health company, for which i waited for *.* months, the lawyer was very irresponsible and didnt attempted to call or mail or message me, i raised numerous complaint in this portal that no one is taking care of my case since * months, and i want my full refund. I am waiting since a month and everytime they tell me to have patience and we are working on it. I donot want to go ahead with this company to take care of my case because of the negligence and waste of my time abd hence requesting refund but they are now giving lame excuses that we will issue a credit note for your next case in future which is very stupid as i am not sitting here to file cases on different companies for fun, also why would i go with them in future if tgey couldnt do tge job the first time?
