Vijaykanth Ch filed complaint against Colive on May 19, 2020
I stayed in colive Athens property (Near Whitefield, Bangalore) during **-**-**** to **-**-****. Before check-in sales people offered me with no lock-in period as the property is a new building.
Faced Wifi issue for ** days and even colive charged us for wifi for the complete month. There is no proper calculation for the electricity bills even i paid that too. keeping all this things aside felt comfortable with the living standards.
Raised notice period on **-**-**** and cleared all the dues with in the scheduled time and vacated the property on **-**-****. Colive supposed to refund my security deposit within ** after days after vacating the property. Till date not received a single pennyfrom colive.
after raising multiple service requests, they informed me that i have a lock-in period if * months and suggested me to refer guide lines document which is available in the Colive App.
They showed their calculation part and offered me a refund of Rs.****/- instead of Rs.*****/-.
I ad given them my ICICI Bank account no and informed that **** is refunded whereas the amount was not credited to my account and after raising multiple service requests through Colive App got to know that there a typo error in the Bank Account no. informed them the same.
Felt really humiliated with the way colive people responded and i am not even able get in touch with customer executives through my mobile no. I have the proofs for all the things mentioned above and planned to lodge a complaint against colive. Due to lockdown all my trails were in Vain.
