I had booked room in COLIVE FUJI (Hyderabad), and have paid **** rs as resevation amount. Due to change in circumstances, my company has allowed me to do WFH and I am moving back to mumbai. My booking was from **th Aug **** and I am informing them ** days ago for cancellation but they are refusing to pay any refund. This is cheating, how can they charge whole amount for something I did not even use. I even asked for **% refund but they are being very rude. Its a scam by them.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
