I had vacated the flat at Colive center point as I shifted to another flat in the same building. I had raised the notice on Apr *st and before vacating I cleared all my rent. They were supposed to return the deposit on **th May, but yet I haven't received any refund. Moreover, when I entered the flat I'm living at now, they told me to pay another deposit offline which is yet to reflect on the app as deposit although the amount is showing on the app. Another issue I have been facing here. On my Colive app there's some extra amount being shown as dues, which I'm not supposed to pay having cleared all dues till date. Despite requesting Colive people several time, they are yet not able to resolve the issues on the app.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
