I stayed in colive madison for * months and I vacated it as per the notice agreement provided in the colive terms and conditions. I vacated on time, and it’s been * months since I vacated still they have not refunded my deposit, tried reaching colive help but no luck. They have hold the deposit money.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
