I Booked A Property In Colive With Reservation Amount Of Rs. ****. They Promised To Refund The Deposit Amount If I Cannot Move In. Then I Couldn't Move In Because Of Lockdown And Since Then I Have Been Trying To Get In Touch With The Person Who Contacted Me. His Name Is Saba. He Has Not Been Receiving Any Calls Or Replying Me. I Then Reached Out To The Customer Service And They Keep Saying It's Approved And Will Be Done But I Haven't Received It And It's Been * Months. Everyday I Call And They Say The Same Thing If At All Someone At The Customer Care Receives.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
