A COD packet was sent to a customer on **nd Feb bearing AWB number **************** via Delhivery.com for a Total amount of **** to be collected from the customer. Parcel was delivered, Funds Collected in cash and then it was marked as not delivered. We contacted the customer and she said she has received the parcel and handed over the cash to the delivery boy. I have been following up with Delhivery regarding this and finally they have marked the parcel as lost. The reason they are doing this is that the maximum liability of Delhivery for a lost parcel is Rs ****. This is Big SCAM running in this company.
