I recieved a food order from swiggy on Oct *,**** and after opening the packet I saw a cockroach dead in my food. This was enough to tell me the quality and hygiene of food so unfortunately I had to throw it. It obviously was not edible and hence i complained and in return they offered me coupon instead of my money wasted. The audacity to even think to offer me coupon instead of my money after delivering food of such compromised quality that could have even caused health issues if eaten is ridiculous. It shows zero accountability, no seriousness regarding the issue and no meaning of public's health and satisfaction regarding food. I mean it's a dead cockroach in food for God sake! You are charging me for that? As a health professional myself i know what disease these things can lead to so i advise and request to think before ordering and eating food from company for whom food with dead insects is something one can be charged and hence they have zero accountability for such actions.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
