Clear Trip - Cleartrip refund

I had a return flight from Coimbatore to Bangalore on **th dec ****, I had booked my tickets on clear trip, the ticket given to me mentioned the baggage allowance as **kgs so I made extra baggage, on arrival at airport I was told it is ** kg allowance only on Air india flight and was charged for excess baggage (**** rs) . Due to wrong information given by cleartrip on the ticket, when I contacted them regarding refund on **th dec **** I was asked to wait till *th jan ****, When i called them back on the said date, i was told to wait for ** days, as it takes time for refund , i was promised that the amount would be credited into my account by then,which didn't happen. after the completion of ** days, when I sent them a mail and called them, they are delaying in refunding my money, I have all documents to prove. Kindly help, A lot of my time is getting wasted in getting my own money.
