I had booked a ticket for my brother from Lusaka Zambia to Bangalore India via clear trip website on *th December. They had booked with Qatar airlines. After ** days of booking, Clear trip came back saying that qatar Airlines cancelled flights due to Zambia country regulations and they are ready to send the refund within * to * working days. Looks like its almost ** days and no one refunded an amount. Am calling them every alternate days and they are just saying they are waiting for a refund from Airlines. Can you please help me in getting refund.
