I bought this phone in the end of may and it got accidently broken in June month. I called them then and there, sent them images now once not twice but * times, sent multiple reminder emails to do follow-ups but then are simply rejecting my claim stating unclear document, I asked them to tell me which doc or image is not clear and received no response. I have been chasing them since then. But they're cancelling claims again and times.
They made my life miserable by giving mental harrassment. Wasting my time and also asking me to give them extra **** as one time payment fees. I however have taken complete mobile protection plan by paying them around **** Rs.
They wasted * months and gave no resolution. Please help me and ask them to refund my money back.
