I purchased tv with additional warranty from jeeves. Now its in warranty and products not working. I registered claim with them and tech visit done after * weeks times. Now After visit more tham * weeks passed and they keep saying me that part is not available once they get it they will fix this. In normal days such issue resolved within a week .
I am regularly following up with customer support they are not.providing any proper information. Each time getting same reply that its part pending case which i already aware. No one tell exactly that how much time it will take. and they have provision that if they not able to repair refund will be initiated.
They are not giving refund neither repairing product
