Vibunkumar filed complaint against Colive on May 31, 2020
During this lockdown colive was charging full rent including electricity charges. Hence decided to vacate the property and provided * month notice period as mentioned. But during the mid of May my notice period was deleted from the records and they are saying it's cancelled. After raising service request and contacting customer care times about the issue they still say that they are checking with the concerned team and not providing any update even until my checkout date as well.
