OYO Rooms - Checkin denied and poor customer care support afterwards

I booked with OYO when I visited Jaipur, Rajasthan for my work. My booking id was WFIV**** on ** June to * July ****. It was an OYO home property. I was provided with a PADLOCK combination to check-in into the property but the padlock didn't open (lock combination was ****). I called the Oyo assistant. He told me I will contact the field staff to assist you. Then he hangs up the phone while I was still waiting outside that property at about *.** pm. Then I again called them they said sir check-in is not possible as there is power cut issue in the property you need to shift your bookings. After that, I have talked to ** customer care executives of OYO on ********** every one of them keeps on asking me my name and your problem, then simply put my call on hold and then hang up my call. Then one of the executives gave me the no. of the field in charge Mr Naveen. He then said me fuck off I can't do anything call the customer care and get your booking shifted. This all was happening when I am still on the road in a strange city with three guests along with me at around ** pm at night. Every executive was telling me we will make you talk to the higher authority they will call you in ** min but none of them called.
Next day I called again they said we can't do anything we can refund you the booking amount if you want. Bloody hell I was so furious that I hanged up the call. Next day I talked to a senior executive Hena Khan. She again promised me that the problem will be resolved and our team will get to know about all the persons who have attended you and haven't resolved your problem. You will receive a call in two days time.
None of them has called. Not even a feedback call has come. This is completely unprofessional and harassing. Please help me and provide some relief. Please make them (OYO) address my questions.
*. If there was a power issue at the property why they have confirmed the booking?
*. If you get to know that there is powercut why haven't you shifted the property by themselves? Why waiting for the person to get harassed?
*. Who was responsible if something has happened to me or my guests that night in a totally strange city?
*. Why your executives are so irresponsible and unprofessional that they don't have any solution. Every time they have to call the higher authority to seek my small problem.
Today is ** June ****, its been ** days know from ** June **** none of the Oyo executive have called me to provide some relief. Please looks into the matter and take appropriate actions.
