Booking.com - Checkin denied and no refund

I had made a booking through booking.com and had paid my full reservation amount but at the date of check-in, i was denied and when I contacted booking.com they cancelled my booking and I have not been refunded.
This is the second time I faced this issue and my refund is still pending.
All the extra expenses that i had to incur due to all this must be compensated.
