We booked an Oyo on Friday for digha Oyo no ***** booking id- SYWU**** when we traveled so far and reached to our hotel they refuse to make check in as they said there was some problems with Oyo systems for which the rooms were booked however there was no accommodation available continuously we called the support team but they were just transferring the call but could not resolve the issue or arrange a hotel for us ....for which we have to suffer a lot as there was no hotels available for the date ....Oyo associates were only giving false hopes that they will arrange rooms and call us back but still we didn't receive any call its *:** pm so you know how much time went from past * hrs you can't arrange a room .....at last because of your fault we have to book a room which is charging **** and that too the room is in worst condition ....for Oyo our whole tour got spoiled ..... Pay us the refundable amount and the amount which we have paid for non Oyo hotel (****)as you people insufficient to provide us room .
