Sunil Chaudhary filed complaint against PayTM on Jan 1, 2020
I booked a oyo **** Shubham beach at puri through Paytm on ** Jan **** and the booking was confirmed. After reaching the hotel, hotel staff said that we can not approve check in because we do not have any tie up with Paytm or Oyo. After listen to hotel staff guy, I called to paytm customer care regarding this matter and they said that issue will be resolved as soon as possible. I wait over there for almost * hours but there was no confirmation from either side. After facing such harassment, I booked another hotel from a different site and left the Oyo **** Shubham beach.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
