Oyo Hotels - Check in Denied and Poor Customer Support

I booked * Classic (*x) Room at Oyo ***** The Greenery - Holiday Inn. Here are the booking details -

After reaching the restaurant, I was denied checkin because Oyo system is not upto date with hotels room vacant list.

After that I spent * hours talking to customer care for getting shifted to appropriate hotel.
First I made two calls to customer care directly for a **-** mins each...Each call I have to explain same issue...then make them speak to hotel reception and in the end they hang up call on me.
Next step, I got the phone number of Oyo agm Ooty from hotel reception. Then I was in conference with Oyo agm Ooty and Oyo customer care for next * and half hours over multiple calls. Even though Oyo agm Ooty was helping me and explaining the issue to Oyo customer care, it took additional * hours to shift.

Oyo agm Ooty personally requested Oyo customer care that customer is standing outside hotel for last * hours ... It is our mistake so lets shift him to requested hotel of similar rent range.

During this process of shifting, Oyo customer care tried to dump me in some hotel outside the city area [ Three email proof attached]. Later Oyo agm Ooty used his personal contact { Senior Shifting executive } to shift us in near by requested hotel.

Overall I spent my honeymoon time, standing outside the hotel in cold, speaking to customer care for * hours, spoiling my mood. Since then we are suffering from cold. Tried taking medicine at home for two days and then went to see doctor in Citizen hospital [ Proof Attached ]. My wife took two days off from office because of health issue as well.

Mental harrasment, honeymoon trip ruin, doctor visits etc all because of denial of service from Oyo customer care. Hence would like to make a claim of ***** Rs. Next step is to see consumer court if not getting justice here.
