Dear Team
This is to Log an official complaint against the booking with MakeMyTrip.
The person assisting from the customer care mid guided and forcefully asked me to pay ***** INR per person. As it was driving the last few days of my honeymoon trip, I couldn’t take a risk or chance of cancellation.
I would definitely take this matter up the highest officials at MakeMyTrip and Air India, the way I have been cheated. Moreover, will make sure I moving everything up with the social media to ensure I highlight the actual scenario and how I have been cheated.
I have clearly asked Air India Customer Support on the airport that will it make a difference if I have the below mentioned names on booking and passport:

I checked with the customer support of MakeMyTrip and they said (Mr Mudit)that Air India will not allow you to fly if the name is not changed and you don’t pay ***** INR per person.
I paid at the last moment because it was my honeymoon trip.
However, while checking with the Air India customer support I came to know that it was not mandatory.
Hence, kindly log an official complaint and get me the refund for this cheating from MakeMyTrip Official.
I would also like to know the email address for he highest official in MakeMyTrip and Air India to get this refund.
Please share the details.
I would appreciate if you can share the email address of Mr. Deep Kalra as I want to write to him about this bad experience and cheating.
