EUREKA FORBES LIMITED - cheating

actually a guy came from the company eureka forbes .the explained everything about the Dr aquaguard . but he told that cost of filter is low u need not change it three years but after i purchased exactly one now the machine is showing the indicator .so i call the service person to see the fault .the service told that u have change the filter .the cost of filter is **** rs i was shocked by hearing this .i asked the service person the sales person did not told this thing he cheated me .the service person replied that the sales person is doing this to evry customer sir what to do sir. he simply telling like this.i going to file the complain against them lets see what will happen.
