booking id NL************* in which the return flight was cancelled by airasia and MMT team members asked to claim refund option so that they can book us an another flight, and now they are asking an extra charges of **** for change in the flight. we had already paid our full payment. As a travel agent MMT has to take care about the flight changes. MMT has already booked and confirmed our package and at the last amount asking for an extra charges
