I had to receive a package from home so I used Delhivery courier service to pickup from my home and send it to me at Gurgaon location. They were quick for pickup but I never received the package. These people have quite an audacity to show false information in there package tracking platform with fake delivery center locations and no customer support representative to assist with the delivery. I am at loss of words and the amount of damage this incident has brought to me is not limited to financial losses.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
