i have taken hathway connection.. i chose the plan of * months and paid accordingly (the message i received from them for billing) but the disconnected the call saying i didn’t pay the amount.. i have raised the complaint and the team called me and i explained everything and they said they will resolve it immediately.. and after ** days i received a message saying “you have to renew your connection for next month” and sent me this present month’s bill also..
there is no option for raising the complaint against them in their app and their customer service number sucks bigtime, no option to speak to the phone banking team.. i found a mail id and there no reply from them.. this is their low quality senseless and careless service..
please take the complaint and take the action immediately..
