This company has blocked me on the facebook page as I had a complaint and were making people beware of their fraud. Since * yrs I'm constantly making complaints about this pathetic company on all social media platform as well as consumer grievance sites but this company strive toward misbehaviour with customers. Even the head of grievance team speaks in a ridiculous way and ask to install Kent Ro. In this world of customer service, they had been a black hole in there filed. Marketing with Madhuri Dixit and hurting sentiments of people with fraud marketing and ridiculously pathetic service and excessive service and spare parts charges ( more than the cost of the product itself). So many people have seen their naked truth. **,***'s of cases pending in consumer court against them. I don't know my complaint in Voxya will help or not as Voxya has not resolved any of my complaints till now. Only paid complaints are resolved.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
